Arthur Skinner was born in Huntingdon in 1885 to Frank and Florence Skinner, of Dalmeny House, Anson Road, Holloway, London.
He was a Private in the Honourable Artillery Company.
He died on 31st August 1916, aged 21.
Arthur is buried in grave number KKK21 in Priory Road Cemetery, Huntingdon.
