Huntingdon Crematorium provides:
1 hour service times as standard.
Chapel – capacity of 200 seats plus standing room. The waiting room has the ability to double up as an overflow to the chapel and has a tribute screen and speakers.
Other facilities and services are:
Dedicated clergy and bearer facilities.
Non attended and attended direct services.
Cemetery
Memorial garden.
Room for over 100 cars.
Electric Charging points for vehicles.
Disabled Access, parking and hearing loop.
Comfortable furnishings.
Web camera for live streaming for family and friends unable to attend.
The Sapley Lodge (available for up to 120 mourners) to hold a private gathering immediately following the cremation service with a range of menu options to choose from.
Large screen in chapel for photo dedication/eulogy.
Personal image and lighting effects.
Please note that there are no restrictions on, and no additional charge for cremations coming from outside the area.
The Sapley Lodge - Wake Facilities
We have our in-house caterers who supply the food and depending on the menu choice, they also have waiters/waitresses to serve tea and coffee throughout.

The Chapel
The Chapel seats 100 on the ground floor with a further 20 seats on the mezzanine which can be accessed from either side of the chapel.
Please be aware that the chapel does not have committal curtains or voiles.
Viewing Room
There is a secure viewing room for supervised mourners or to provide an area for mourners with distressed children to view the service without disturbing the service.
It can only be accessed via the chapel so please ensure that anyone needing to use the room arrives prior to the service starting.
Please also inform the crematorium office prior to the day of the service if anyone is needing to use this room so that we can ensure that the room is available.
Mourners with distressed children can either use the waiting room or the viewing room (providing it is unoccupied) during the service.
